Shipping
Postage Costs
All orders placed before 10am (Monday to Friday) will be posted out the same day. Orders placed after 10am on a Friday will be posted out on Monday.
UK Orders
Postage is charged at a flat rate. Choose from 1st or 2nd class delivery at checkout.
Orders over £45 qualify for free postage (2nd class shipping method).
Some remote destinations may incur extra delivery charges. These will be notified to the buyer as soon as possible.
International Orders
Most countries are already set up on the website. If you cannot find yours, please contact us at info@funtasticcrafts.co.uk and we will be happy to set it up.
All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked/Tracked and Signed For depending on the destination.
Orders within Europe £9.99 per order
Rest of the world £13.99 per order
Some remote destinations may incur extra delivery charges. These will be notified to the buyer as soon as possible.
International orders may be subject to duty fees or taxes that are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure that the items being purchased are not prohibited from entering your country as we will not be held liable if your order is destroyed or sent back to us.
We will not be held responsible for undeliverable orders due to incomplete address information. Please make sure the address stated on the order is complete and correct.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a refund will be provided excluding the postage charge paid.
Delivery Timescales
1st Class - 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
2nd Class - 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
Deliveries by Royal Mail may take significantly longer during busy periods.
Larger/heavier orders may be sent via courier. Courier service used will vary according to order weight.
Delivery in some areas may take longer (Highlands and Islands etc)
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. We cannot guarantee a delivery time due to external factors such as time taken for customs clearance.
Lost Items
UK: Royal Mail only consider an item to be lost after 10 working days have passed from the date it was due to be delivered.
Orders within the EU: 20 working days
Rest of the World: 25 working days
Working days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and bank holidays.
WE CANNOT PROCESS A CLAIM FOR LOST ITEMS UNTIL THIS TIME HAS PASSED.
Please check with your neighbours and your local sorting office first as your parcel could be with them.
